Hours of Operation
24 hours daily Note: 3 hour stay in a FlexiSuite (max.1 pax) between the hours of 07:00 – 22:00 daily. 3 hour stay in a Nap Pod (max 1 pax) including shower use (30mins), coffee, water & soft drinks only. 3 hour Lounge Lite stay (max. 1 pax) including shower use (30mins), coffee, water & soft drinks only.
Location
Landside, accessible before passing through Security. After arriving at the terminal, proceed to the Arrivals Level. Sleepover is located in the right-hand corner of the terminal. Important: This facility is located outside the secure area. Sleepover is also accessible to transit passengers, but you must exit through passport control into the landside area and will need to clear security again before boarding your next flight.
Lounge Policies
1. Cardholders can use their lounge visit entitlement to take advantage of ONE of the following options: a 3 hour stay in a Nap Pod (max. 1 pax) and includes cotton sheet, pillow, blanket, shower use (30mins), coffee, water & soft drinks only) OR a 3 hour stay in a FlexiSuite (max. 1 pax) between the hours of 07:00 - 22:00 daily and includes a fully reclinable flat-bed and baggage storage OR a 3 hour Lounge Lite stay (max. 1 pax) and includes lounge seat, towels, shower use (30mins), coffee, water & soft drinks only. Each option represents a single lounge visit within the Cardholder’s existing lounge visit allocation for which the Cardholder will, where applicable, be charged. For example, if a Cardholder registers 1 Guest they will be charged as 1 Cardholder visit + 1 Guest visit on their account. Only 1 card per visit per Cardholder will be accepted and at point of registration. 2. Access is permitted within 8 hours of departure or arrival time. 3. Children 5 years and under are not admitted & Children 6 years and above require a separate Nap Pod or Lounge Lite seat. Children under 12 years are not permitted in a FlexiSuite. 4. Food is not available on any of the options. 5. Cardholders are responsible for all additional charges incurred. 6. Access is subject to availability and cannot be pre-booked.
