Lounge Policies
1. Cardholders can use their lounge visit entitlement to take advantage of: 1 hour stay in a Single Capsule (max. 1 pax) plus Shower. Each Single Capsule represents a single lounge visit within the Cardholder’s existing lounge visit allocation for which the Cardholder will, where applicable, be charged. For example, if a Cardholder registers 1 Guest they will be charged as 1 Cardholder visit + 1 Guest visit on their account. Only 1 card per visit per Cardholder will be accepted and at point of registration. 2. Cardholder can register only one guest. 3. Each Single Capsule is equipped with a ergonomic mattresses, comfortable and soft pillows, cotton bed linen, fleece blankets, terry towels, baggage storage, power sockets, Wi-Fi, sound proofing and air-condition. 4. One child under 6 years can share the Capsule with a parent free of charge. Children over 6 years and over must have their own Capsule (as a Guest for which the Cardholder will, where applicable be charged) and supervised by an accompanying adult. 5. Complimentary luggage storage and hot drinks available. 6. No food available. 7. Cardholder is responsible for all additional charges incurred. 8. GettSleep usage is subject to availability.
