Hours of Operation
12:00 - 18:00 daily Note: Cardholders will not be admitted into the lounge outside these hours. For Cardholders who pay for individual visits or guest visits, please check this particular offer against your visit fee to ensure it represents value for you. We advise Cardholders to review full Conditions of access before visiting. The theme of TATSU's cuisine is 'Japanese taste', where you can taste and compare craft beer, sake and Japanese whisky.

Airside - International and in transit Departures, 3rd Floor in the Duty Free and Restaurant area. Please note that the restaurant may exceed their seating limit at certain times of the day & access to the restaurant is at their sole discretion.
Lounge Policies
1. Cardholders can use their lounge visit entitlement for a maximum of a 2 hour stay to take advantage of 1 set menu to the value of JPY3,400 (incl. tax) designated by the restaurant including soft and alcoholic drinks, where applicable. The 1 set menu offer represents a single lounge visit within the Cardholder’s existing lounge visit allocation for which the Cardholder will, where applicable, be charged. E.g. if a Cardholder registers 1 Guest they also will be able to take advantage of this offer will be charged as 1 Cardholder visit + 1 Guest visit on their account. Only 1 card per visit per Cardholder will be accepted at point of registration. 2. Maximum 2 guests per Cardholder. 3. Cardholder cannot revisit the restaurant within a 6 hour period starting from the time of entry. 4. Children under 7 years are free when sharing meal with an adult. 5. To be eligible, Cardholders must present a valid Card and Boarding Pass with same-day travel before placing an order. From 1st June 2025, Cardholders must present a valid Card and Boarding Pass within a 3 hour period prior to the departure of the flight before placing an order. 6. 1 set menu is non-transferable & cannot be exchanged for cash substitute/refund or be used towards gratuity. 7. Priority Pass and its Affiliates Companies shall not be liable should the offer value be less than Customers lounge visit entitlement. Customers who pay for lounge and guest visits are advised to review programme Conditions of Use prior to accessing the offer. 8. This location is offered as an alternative to a lounge visit and other airport experiences. Using entitlements repeatedly within a single airport trip may result in charges from your benefit provider.
