Lounge Policies
1.Cardholders can use their lounge visit entitlement to take advantage of one of the following options in a 24hr period between 07:00 - 21:00 daily: 30-minute Body Massage (one of the following: back/ waist/ shoulder/ legs/ neck/ arms/ head/ face; 30-minute Foot Massage or a 30-minute Ear Treatment. Each treatment represents a single lounge visit within the Cardholders existing lounge visit allocation for which the Cardholder will, where applicable, be charged. For example, if a Cardholder registers 1 Guest they will be charged as 1 Cardholder visit + 1 Guest visit on their account. Only 1 card per visit per Cardholder will be accepted at point of registration. To be eligible, Cardholders must present a valid Card and Boarding Pass with confirmed same-day travel before selecting a treatment. 2.Complimentary 1 hour stay in treatment room/spa lounger after each treatment. 3. Each treatment includes complimentary snacks or fruits. Complimentary soft drinks are limited to water, chrysanthemum and lemon tea. All other types of soft drinks are subject to payment. 4. Cardholder is responsible for all additional charges incurred. Cardholders will be given a 5% discount on treatments not included in above options. Soft drinks are excluded from a 5% discount. 5. Priority Pass and its Affiliates Companies shall not be liable should the offer value be less than Customers lounge visit entitlement. Customers who pay for lounge and guest visits are advised to review programme Conditions of Use prior to accessing the offer.
