Hours of Operation
08:00 - 22:00 daily Note: Hours may vary according to flight schedules. Food serving stops 30 minutes before closing time. Lounge access may be restricted due to space capacity constraints and the lounge reserves the right to reserve seating as necessary. THE OUTDOOR POOL IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR RENOVATION WORKS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Location
Airside - after Security Checks, Passport Control and the Food Court Area. The lounge is located on the 2nd Floor, after Gate 29, on the left.
Lounge Policies
Maximum 2 hour stay - All Cardholders are required to show a physical or digital card and a PUJ Outbound Departure Boarding Pass - Children under 2 years are admitted free - All children must be accompanied by an adult - Complimentary alcoholic drinks (local brands only) are limited to two per adult, subsequent drinks are subject to payment - Separate children's play area available - All food and beverages must be consumed inside the lounge - Smart casual dress at all times - Outdoor smoking area available - Cardholders and guests who do not adhere to the lounges Terms of Entry can be refused access, this includes the dress code, adhering to the VIP Lounges behaviour policy and respecting other guests and the lounge staff.
